I thought I'd got myself into a pickle by chopping the tag of my lovely new cap before seeing what it looked like in the mirror, only to find out that the stitching was a bit off in a noticeable way. Fortunately, I ended up in contact with Sarah and she sorted everything out so quickly, with no issues at all.
