We're looking for experienced Retail Assistants to join our Retail Crew for the busy end of year period.

The lead up to Blak Friday Sales in November, and Blakmas (Christmas) in December are busy times in the CTG Store. 

The store then closes between the 25th December 2025 and the 5th January 2026.

When we reopen, we get ready for the Survival Day markets and increased trade in January.

If you've got retail or work experience and you're available across November and December, and around in late January for Survival Day markets - we would love to hear from you!

This role will primarily be located at our Flagship Store at Shop 18, 459A Sydney Road, Brunswick. From time to time, there may be shifts available at offsite retail opportunities such as markets and events. 

Shift availability for Casual roles can change throughout the year. 

 We always prioritise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment.

This role is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants only as it is a Designated Role.

Retail Assistant (Casual)

A 'Retail Assistant' is someone who has some experience already in the workforce (ideally in retail), or is over the age of 18.

Within the 'Retail Assistant' role, there are two classifications - Level 1 and Level 2. Successful applicants will be classified as either Level 1 or Level 2 depending on the skills and experience they bring to the role.
